I have a harmony 670 transmitting to a usbuirt with Eventghost handing the commands to control Boxee on my PC. The remote command set I am using is for the Vista media center remote.
What I notice in event ghost is that the remote sends 4 different codes for the same button press. For example, in eventghost I have it programmed to capture the codes do emulate the left cursor button on the keyboard:
412F8EF040F1
432451F040F1
412F8FF050F1
432450F050F1
The codes I have were on consecutive button presses its almost like its sending an on/off type signal. I have similar codes for every command (enter, escape, up, down, left right). I'm not sure if its how the Vista MCE remote works or if its a coming from the USB-uirt. I will say that when I control just my TV, the same code gets transmitted everytime for a button press.
Does anyone have any ideas ?
