I will use the USBIRT on a client. I'll check a room equipaemntos several that are on another floor. He spent a UTP cable from one room to another.
What can I do to bring the signal to go from one room to another?

Search whatever place you like to buy equipment from for an IR extender or IR repeater.

For example, I am using a device that sends the HDMI signal over network cable to another room, it also will send the IR signal. In one room there is a box and it has an IR receiver, it's connected to a box in another room that has an IR emitter, that emitter is near the device I want to control. When I use the remote in the first room, that information is sent to the second room.
