Weird problem pasting the Pronto Codes

I have a weird problem. First, this device is awsome.

I connected my usbuirt to my laptop and cut and pasted the Pronto comands into Girder and was able to capture the codes thus programing my universal remote and control discrete Sony TV Commands. This was huge for my integration.

I connected the same unit to my media box in my home theatre and imported the gml file but it does not work on the media box. So, I tried re-cut and pasting them in with no success. So, I tried capturing the commands manually, but the usbuirt does not respond to the discrete sony ir commands but will respond to all others I tried.

What am I missing here???
