Girder plugin

Postby Guest » Sun Jun 19, 2005 9:06 am

Hi,

Sometimes when I go to the USB-UIRT settings for a girder event the top combo box is pre-populated with either the 'Transmit' option or 'Blink LED' option.

Sometimes I create a command, go to the plugin and the top combo is blank - that's the only time I can configure a Girder event that works.

Why does it do this? If I leave it as transmit or blink LED Girder crashes.

I'm I doing something wrong?

Thanks.

Cheers

I've found a work-around for this problem. Copy and Paste an existing command that had the combo box blanked out.

For now I'll use that technique.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do, but I suspect you are opening up the USB-UIRT settings dialog when you shouldn't be (for a command for which you've already assigned some other action).

The only time you want to choose 'USB-UIRT Driver' and hit the 'Settings' button is when you want to create an action which will TRANSMIT IR out of the USB-UIRT. If, on the other hand, you are creating other actions which TRIGGER on RECEIVER IR, you do not want to use the USB-UIRT Driver dialog.
