USB-UIRT With RCA DRD430

I am trying to integrate the USB-UIRT with SageTV to change channels with the RCA DRD430 Receiver. Does anyone have the ir file or any idea how to get the unit to either send a 0 before the 3 channel numbers or send a enter code after the 3 channel numbers. My receiver needs 4 digits to change channels. E-mail mikefarb@comcast.net.

No slight to the USB-UIRT - I have one and love it, but I believe that receiver supports a direct serial connection and I know that SageTV supports it. I would explore that route - almost perfect reliability.
