USB-UIRT Forum

I sm fairly new to all of this but I will try to explain. I have 2 cable receivers from Comcast. One is a digital receiver and the other is a HD/PVR receiver. Each one has their own remotes.

I have been able to capture all of the remote sequences from the digital remote but not the pvr remote. The USB-UIRT "sees" the PVR remote sequences but I am unable to learn them. I have tried both the Cinemar plugin and the lrnhelper from the web site. They both behave identically.

So I thought that maybe the PVR remote is 56 and the digital remote is 38. But the PVR remote also works with the Digital cable box.

I need to get some of the buttons off of the PVR remote because they don't exist on the Digital remote.

I just bought the USB-UIRT (got it 3 days ago) so it is brand new.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

fixed. I had to have that remote 1/2 inch away from the USB-UIRT.
