Thanks for the great work of USB-UIRT firstly!

And I have a issue about USB-UIRT plug-in in Girder.

My USB-UIRT is work correctly with my cell phone on the PC. In Girder(3.3.10), I enable the USB-UIRT plug-in, and also put the uuirtdrv.dll to WINNT\system32. Girder say: "Plug-in loaded in memory but hardware initialisation failed".

How to solve this problem?
Thanks again!

Please download and run lrnHelper: www.usbuirt.com/lrnhelper_0_0_2.zip and post what error message appears.

Thanks for your reply!

After running Irnhelper, "Unable to find USB-UIRT Driver. Please make sure driver is installed".

OS is WinXP SP2

Sounds like you never got the Windows driver installed. You'll need to go into Device manager -- there you'll likely find an entry with an exclamation point. You'll need to reinstall the driver for the USB-UIRT. For driver install instructions, go here: www.usbuirt.com/getstart.htm

But I already re-install the driver again and again, and my cell phone can work with the USB-IrDA adapter correctly.
