Hello! I've been running the Beyond TV setup wizard and when it gets to checking the UIRT it tests it by changin the channels, but it doesn't seem to transmit the number 5. In other words, when BTV wants to change to channel 56, all it changes it to is channel 6, when it tries to tune in channel 555 nothing happens at all. Help!

Alex,

can you tell me the model number of your cable/sat box? Also, can you email your IRTUNER.TVR file to support@usbuirt.com ?

Oh, one other thing -- are you running the latest firmware (have you flashed any firmware onto the unit other than what came on it)?
