title pretty much says it all.

Rite now I have 2 hughes receivers and I would like add 2 more. Would it be better to have different model receivers for each PVR that I am going to use or is it possible to use a single usb-uirt to control 2 receivers and how much of a pain is it to get it runing?

If you have two identical receivers, you will need to wire up a custom set of stick-on emitters to take advantage of the 'Zone' functionality of the USB-UIRT. There's a good write-up on this at: http://forums.freytechnologies.com/foru ... php?t=5291

Ok, so pretty much the easiest way is to purchase 3 different receivers since I don't have the time to figure out the ir codes.

Is sage able to handle 4 tuners on one USB-UIRT?

AJ,

Adding the 'zone' support isn't that difficult, but anyway assuming you have a bunch of different brand receivers you should be able to have a single USB-UIRT blasting to control all of them (provided Sage can handle 4 capture cards and also that each receiver uses unique IR codes).
