Testing a UIRT learning and firing IR?

I have a UIRT and would like to confirm the learning and firing IR of the device. Is there a basic program that alwys a UIRT to learn a IR code from a remote control and then fire it back via the UIRT?

Hi Jon,
Thanks for that I did manage to find the irnhelper I had forgotten I downloaded it when I bought the USB-UIRT nearly two years agao.
The version I have is 0.3.0 and the version you have pointed to is version 0.2.0 is this the current version? Should I not be using the 0.3.0 version? The 0.3.0 version has a repeat count option where the early version doesn't.
Appreciate if you could clafify which one is the correct to use.

I would assume that version 0.0.3 is the newer as the executable has a compile date of january of this year. Has there been any clarification on the most recent version?
