Windows XP wakeup with uirt

I want to setup a simple IR macro command to initiate wakeup, select the XP user, then turn on Sage TV. I have checked various forums and found some people doing it with Girder s/w---but I dont use Girder. I did try using lrnhelper to program wakeup but it didnt work
I am wondering if I need IR codes for specific Windows wakeup functions that need to be programmed to my remote and/or programmed to UIRT via lrnhelper? If anyone has these codes or knows where to get them I'd appreciate some feedback
