USB-UIRT not working

My USB-UIRT is not workin anymoore.
I plug uirt to usb, install driver and uirt/girder no receive ir signal.
I have latest USB-UIRT driver and Girder plugin.
When I sent ir signal, usb uirt led is not respond.
System runs with Win Xp.
Please help!
