I thought it might be as simple as checking the "this device can wake the PC" in Device Manager, only I can't figure out which USB device is the USB UIRT

Is there a way to configure the USB UIRT so that it will wake a PC under Vista when it receives a valid IR command?
I thought it might be as simple as checking the "this device can wake the PC" in Device Manager, only I can't figure out which USB device is the USB UIRT. How do I do that?
