Dish Network 322 receiver (inactivity timeout)
Posted: Mon Jun 22, 2009 6:37 amI don't own UIRT, yet anyway. I have considered purchasing UIRT for a while but I need one question answered and haven't found it searching the forums. Can USB-UIRT be configured to send a "SELECT" key code to the Dish Network 322 receiver at the beginning of any command string to wake it from the screen saver initiated by the system inactivity timeout? I am currently using an old MyIR blaster that I modified the blaster code to do just this. My modified version works but has a serious bug that I just don't want to spend the time to fix. I'm hoping UIRT is flexible enough to handle this internally. Thanks in advance...
