USB-UIRT Forum

The USB-UIRT is attached to my USB.
It shows up in windows Device Manager, and shows as working.

Running USB UIRT Tester
I get:

(UIRT Error) Unable to connect to USB-UIRT device! Please ensure device is connected to the computer!

USB UIRT Driver Version: 2.6.9.9
(UIRT Error) Unable to connect to USB-UIRT device! Please ensure device is connected to the computer!

What do I need to do next?

I had some background test programs running.
Stopped them (and services) and my USB-UIRT is back running!
