Problem training BTV remote for DirecTV D10-100 w/USB-UIRT
Posted: Tue Apr 12, 2005 4:21 amI know my setup was working because I was using a Sony SAT-A3 with the USB-UIRT and BTV 3.5.3. It was working just fine. I replaced the Sony with a DirecTV D10 because I wanted local channels from DirecTV.
Since the D10 isn't one of the preconfigured satellite receivers (unlisted remote), I tried to train BTV with the remote thru the USB-UIRT. In the BTV setup wizard I see the press 1 key after I start the training. I'm holding the remote about 2 inches away from the USB-UIRT and I wait until I see the LED on the front flash. BTV has not recognized the code and still says "press 1...". I've been messing with this for several hours now...
Any suggestions? Or does someone have the codes already for the D10-100 they could send me?
