USB-UIRT Forum

Does anyone know what the set up is for using these combinations of hardware and software? (USBUIRT for the IR, Harmony 659 remote control, and Windows MCE OS) I downloaded Girder but do I need both plug-ins? (MCE & USBUIRT) Since I am not using a MCE remote maybe I do not need the MCE plug-in? I am finding Girder is very hard to work with and there is not much support.
