FW 5.4 Flashing Problem

I am flashing to FW 5.4. I quite SageTV first, of course.
Flashing went fine - about 3-4 minutes, gradually counted up to 100%.
Now am stuck at "Finalizing FLASH Programming..." going on 20+ minutes now. Exit option is grayed out.
What do I do? Reboot? Re-flash? There were NO power failures or surges during this FW flash.
My SageTV system is useless without my USB-UIRT.
