$B1 - Wakeup
$B2 - Right (right sensor program execute)
$B3 - Left (left sensor program execute)
$B4 - Sonic (sonic sensor program execute)

To do the conversion would require knowing the specific IR protocol used for the Robosapien.

However, I believe others have already figured out these codes. You may want to do a few searches on the 'net...
