USB-UIRT gobbles up codes!

Just got mine today, very impressive, but.. in the minimal testing that I have done it appears the UIRT is gobbling all of my codes from my Pronto and not passing them on to my AV components. The unit itself is connect to a 4 port USB hub and when the pc is powered up say muting the receiver via the Pronto using the pre-existing codes won't happen. However, if the pc is powered down the UIRT will flash and the receiver will mute. This is how I thought it should work given I haven't mapped any events to this key in Girder and I haven't learned any UIRT commands with this key either. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

'Guest',
The USB-UIRT is not intended to be a 'IR Repeater'. That is, if it receives a code it simply passes it onto Girder. It does *not* retransmit it. If you want the USB-UIRT to transmit, you set up a 'command' in Girder to initiate a transmission.
Does this help?

john,
Thanks for the fast response. Please disregard the question as I think I was a little over zealous testing out my new equipment. There is no problem, too late when I was testing, too little coffee, etc....
On the positive side; configured the next morning 5 minutes tops for first command and very impressed with the product and your professionalism. Ordered Wednesday, received Saturday... can't beat that.
Thanks again.

Jon,
Can you add an option to allow the USB UIRT to be a repeater?
Thanks,
Dave.

Dave,
Could you elaborate on what you envision the repeater doing? The reason I ask this is that a repeater has a number of technical issues and depending on what you're trying to do may or may not be achievable with the USB-UIRT.
