usb-uirt cant connect to device (MCE remote)

Hello.
I have bought the MCE remote.
I Have installed it with a replacement driver.
Then I tried to install the usb-uirt driver, but the remote installed itself,,
So I tried to update the driver and choose the usb-uirt driver, but was told there where no driver information from the selected path.

So I right clicked the ini usb-uirt ini file and clicked install.
When launching girder I get an error saying "cant connect to the usb uirt device"

Started Mediaportal setup, went in to the usb-uirt and it says- driver is offline.

Can anyone please help me?

Do you have a USB-UIRT, or are you trying to use the USB-UIRT driver with the MCE IR receiver???
