I am not sure where my prblem is.
Using my uirt with orb, the the learning phase completes fine,according to Orb. However when attempting to change channels on my cablebox, the led pulses but the channel never changes. I've tried putting the transmitter as close as possible but still no good.

You will probably need to contact Orb regarding this.

However, you can verify if the USB-UIRT is capable of controlling your equipment correctly by testing it with the lrnHelper app: www.usbuirt.com/lrnhelper_0_0_3.zip

Learn a code with this app and then click the transmit button and see if the code correctly controls your equipment.
