USBUIRT 4 digits instead of 3

Using SageTV, I have USBUIRT setup set to use 3 digit channel numbers. However, it constantly is using 4 digits, and consequently the sat dish (DirecTV) can't change channels. Any thoughts?

There is a setting in Sage to control how many digits it sends to the USb-UIRT.

It's already set for 3, but still punches in 4.

Does the red LED on the USB-UIRT flash four times each time Sage tries to change channels?
