Can you have a Mac operating system run on a computer strictly from an external hard drive + not intall it? i have a gateway that has vista and the intel chip that allows you to run a Mac operating system. but i dont want to install it on my harddrive. i wanted to put Mas osx onto an external and run it from there. can i do that?
