Is it possible to post a very simple guide USB-UIRT/Girder ?

I finally got time and installed (flawlessly) USB-UIRT and it's Girder plugin.
Now I don't know what to do next.
I have absolutely no experience with Girder, but I want to use USB-UIRT.
Is it possible for someone, maybe even Jon, to compile and post very simple novice guide aka "do this, then that, that and that - now you can control your receiver with your mouse / keyboard".
I am a fast learner but I am stuck here. Thanks for your understanding and help.
