Ethernet / Usb Adaptor

Can anyone recommend an ethernet device which will allow the usb uirt be connected to the network ...??..I need to locate my usb uirt in my humble Node 0 but my pc which controls it is in another room..Im assuming this cn be done of course....(i hope)
