Please help a noob

Hello,
I received my uirt a couple of weeks ago & finally got some time to tinker with it. I *think* that I installed it correctly, but am not totally sure. I hooked it up & then followed the Windows Wizard through its prompts & directed it to the unzipped drivers folder that I downloaded. It gave me a message that it was installed correctly but in the device manager it lists it as "Unknown Device". Is there any way to check to be sure that it's working correctly?
