USB-UIRT not transmitting properly to media portal

I am using media portal 0.1.0.7

It reads the commands from the remote fine but when transmitting them to the set top box the usbuirt never transmits properly.

Some channels send the channel but not the "enter" required by my box
some channels send the "enter" but not the channel.

I am guessing this is due to the timing of the commands being sent. Is there a way to adjust this?

As far as timing, I would suggest contacting the Media Portal guys, since this would be in their software.
