USB UIRT and Mediaportal

Can you help me? I've got the USB-UIRT and cannot get it to work with
Mediaportal as it crashes when attempting to configure the USBUIRT device.

I downloaded the source for mediaportal but noticed a FTD2XX.dll file that
has a more recent version than the one provided with v1.3 of your drivers.

Is there an update for the drivers or can I use one of the ftdi drivers? In
which case which chipset?

I haven't tried newer drivers but they should work okay.

I doubt drivers are the reason of the crash.

If you don't have any other apps to test the USB-UIRT, you can request lrnHelper from support@usbuirt.com to verify your unit is working okay w/drivers, etc.
