USBUIRT with beyond TV and comcast cable mototola DCT2244

The device changes the channels during the initial setup wizrd but not while using the actual program. Any ideas how to correct this??

I had similar issue setting up for use with a Dishnetwork 302 and Beyond TV. In my case I needed to set the Digit Repeat to 3. Odd that just like yours, in setup it worked fine but in actual app i needed the additional entry in the settings. In my case there was a place to enter the appropriate number in the BTV setup. I think it can also be added in webadmin for TV

this seems to have done the trick. now hopefully the cable box will stop freezing...
