I was just wondering if it is normal that the USB-UIRT device does not have the Power Options tab in the device manager. I think this is the main reason that the wake-up command is not sent over to the computer. Mouse and keyoard inputs are recognized and the computer starts up as it should (they have the power options tab in the device manager).
I found a reg hack on greenbutton.org (or somesuch) to add power options usb devices, but that didnt help in the case of the USB-UIRT.
I also added several different buttons to the wake-up secion in the lrnhelper tool, but none of them is recognized.
My mainboard is a Asus P4S800 with the latest Bios. S3 is not specifically mentioned in the Bios but you have to set jumpers on the board itself to enable +5 VUSB (?) to the USB ports. In the manual it also mentions that you have to put wake-up devices to the USB 2.0 ports since the USB ports on the back of the mainboard do not support wake-up from S3.
Soooo.....anyone out there that could help me to solve this tricky little problem?
