plugin loaded into memory but hardware failed to initialize

What should I do to fix this ??? When I start girder I receive a error unable to connect to the usb-uirt , make sure that the device is connected to the computer ... Thanks ... Total

When you first plugged the USB-UIRT into your computer, did you load the drivers (follow the instructions on the www.usbuirt.com/getStart.htm page)?

If so, can you go look in your device manager under 'Universal Serial Bus Controllers' and see if the 'USB-UIRT Device' appears in the list?

I just had to reload the drivers and all is well , I did and the USB-UIRT Device' did appear in the list . Thanks ...
