Difficult to set up USBuirt with Dishnetwork Remote

I am having trouble setting up USB-uirt for my Dishnetwork remote.
It just does not want to learn...
It can only learn some (2-3) buttons, but doesn't want to do anything else.
I looked at your “digitalbox.ir” set up codes (*.ir), but I still cannot get my USB-uirt to change channels on my DP301 receiver.
I have done over 80 diff. Re-setups combinations... Nothing works.

PLEASE HELP!

I am communicating with you dirrect through e-mails. I just want to post last message I sent you. Do you want me to communicate through message board or dirrect?

I flashed the system and it worked for learning
buttons on my remote.
However, it is still not able to swith programs on
DP301.

I looked at MyDish.ir file and see now all pronto
codes for buttons. When I use sageTV program schedule
and try to move to diff channel - I can see red light
in USB-UIRT blinking 4 times but it does no effect on
DP301. It is not switching channels.

I think in MyDIsh.ir file (I created as new device in
sageTV setup) code for remote control itself is not
correct (the first line in this file).
It starts from 0 0 ..
What should I use?
