HCPASS,

Does the progress bar on the Learn dialog get to 100%?

If so, can you cut and paste the codes that appear in the 'Code1' and 'Code2' boxes?

Also: what model ECP do you have?

Thanks,

I think you may have a ECP High-frequency remote which uses 336KHz carrier -- which would not work with USB-UIRT.

I know there is a 'universal' ECP .ccf on remotecentral.com which has both low-frequency and high-frequency prontocodes. You could try to import one of the low-frequency codes into Girder.

Hi Jon,

I've found and test this "Universal" ECP .ccf, it's OK for parts of commands "StdBy" for example but the most important one "Power" is not Ok  .

Another idea to help me?

I would suggest trying .CCF's for some of the other ECP models. Often codes for one model will work with another. Also remember to make sure the 'Import as Raw' checkbox is CHECKED when importing and trying these codes.

Also, if you have to hold the power button on your remote for a long time you'll need to increase the 'Repeat' setting in Girder to simulate a longer button-hold.

Ok Jon but for .CCF i use "NRIRServ". to control my AV amplifier, my CD Player and perhaps my ECP???

I only use Girder to control my PC's applications like "ZP" ,"DScaler", "Powerstrip" Etc....

I will try your suggestions.
