configuring Usbuirt with rca dr435rh

I have not been able to switch channels. My RCA sat. reciever dr435rh is not listed. any help??

I forgot to mention I'm using BTV

If your STB is not listed, you will have to 'learn' your remote using the wizard in BTV. When learning, be sure to hold your remote only a few inches away from the USB-UIRT, aimed directly at the USB-UIRT at a point just to the left of the red LED.
