Noob needs help - DTV Hughes HIRD-E11 trouble with 2

I am using the latest drivers and Firmware with the Beyond TV test during setup and having troubles. I have DirecTV Hughes HIRD-E11 Satellite Receiver. I would like to edit this document. I now can get every channel but anything with 2 in it. it appears the 2 transmission is not going through. I have tried numerous times to retrain but appears to fail. Any help?

Please contact support@usbuirt.com and I'll email you a test app you can use to capture your '2' code and get it right and then paste it into your BTV .tvr file.
