Port Configuration Info

Hello All on the USB UIRT Forum.
Hope someone can help with a problem. I am running NetRemote and Tonto with USB UIRT on a Lapop with XP. When I try to learn a remote on Tonto I get the error message ' no remotes detected on any ports'. The USB UIRT is loaded ok and the drivers are fine, Device mamanger sees it as USB UIRT and is running ok. Just to confirm I should be able to learn remote commands via Tonto shouldn't I?
Also

1/ What should the Port number on NRIR Server be?
2/ Driver Mode info in properties on NetRemote and the Port Number?
