USB-UIRT and Directv D10-100

Hi all, I have just setup Directv D10-100 and I am trying to get SageTV/USB-UIRT to see it. When I go through Sage's wizard it asks me to press and hold 0 until I am told to stop. I do that and my USB-UIRT blinks as I point my remote at it but Sage never tells me to stop and Sage becomes unresponsive. Do you all know if anyone has been able to get USB-UIRT working with the Directv D10-100?
My wife is getting pissed at me spending all this time in our closet....

She wants her TV!

Do you know if you're running SageTV in service mode? Someone wrote me telling me that you should disable Sage service mode if using an IR blaster -- but I don't know more than that...

Yes, I am running it in service mode. That would be funny if that was the case. I got it working late lastnight. I had to setup the capture card then go into that cards setup and select the IR controller. It had no programs set in it i.e. it did not know how to send 0-9 codes so I selected add Program and did them one at a time the strange thing is it would never tell me to stop pressing the number so I would wait a minute then force the window closed and open the .ir file to verify that it had a code for the number I just prgrammed. I did one at a time and it seems to be working now. Of course I am setting my Sage to control 3 boxes so that just made it a bit more complicated. Nevertheless, it is working and I am happy and so is my wife.

Again, this seems to be my problem. DirecTV D10 can't be controlled from USB UIRT even though it learns the remote control codes.

Guys, I have USB-IRT working on my directv boxes (3). I had a hard time getting the remote wizard to work in Sage but I managed to get the codes. Here is one of my set top codes. Been using it since March!
