Hello,

i'd like to build a vb net application to manage usb uirt.
What's the best way ?
I tried to directly use uuirt.dll but it doesnt work

There is a .Net wrapper available for the USB-UIRT -- please contact support@usbuirt.com

The wrapper (written by another user) provides a 'wrapper' around the USB-UIRT .DLL and exposes it as a .NET assembly.
